Our 5-Phase Program

Note: CVHU is still in the start-up phase, and some programs/offerings may not be fully available at this time. Housing is not currently available.

1. Orientation & Assessment (Weeks 1–2)

  • Comprehensive intake and needs assessment
  • Goal setting and health evaluations (physical & mental)

2. Foundations for Success (Months 1–3)

  • Life Skills: Cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene
  • Health & Wellness: Nutrition, exercise, and stress management
  • Financial Literacy: Budgeting, bill payment, and credit education

3. Career Preparation & Development (Months 4–6)

  • Resume building and job applications
  • Mock interviews and workplace etiquette
  • Employment maintenance and job retention strategies

4. Advanced Skills & Community Integration (Months 7–12)

  • Time management and conflict resolution
  • Civic engagement and volunteer opportunities
  • Building a strong support network

5. Personal Growth & Stability (Months 13–18)

  • Healthy relationships and family reunification
  • Long-term housing solutions
  • Continued education and training opportunities
  • Celebrating milestones and achievements
