Note: CVHU is still in the start-up phase, and some programs/offerings may not be fully available at this time. Housing is not currently available.
1. Orientation & Assessment (Weeks 1–2)
- Welcome and introduction to CVHU
- Comprehensive intake and needs assessment
- Goal setting and health evaluations (physical & mental)
2. Foundations for Success (Months 1–3)
- Life Skills: Cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene
- Health & Wellness: Nutrition, exercise, and stress management
- Financial Literacy: Budgeting, bill payment, and credit education
3. Career Preparation & Development (Months 4–6)
- Resume building and job applications
- Mock interviews and workplace etiquette
- Employment maintenance and job retention strategies
4. Advanced Skills & Community Integration (Months 7–12)
- Time management and conflict resolution
- Civic engagement and volunteer opportunities
- Building a strong support network
5. Personal Growth & Stability (Months 13–18)
- Healthy relationships and family reunification
- Long-term housing solutions
- Continued education and training opportunities
- Celebrating milestones and achievements
